CMP No. 9279 of 2022 in CWP No. 3009 of 2022 By way of this application, a prayer has been made by the applicant to implead the Himachal Pradesh School Education Board, Dharamshala through its Chairman, as a party respondent on the ground that as the moot issue involved in the Writ Petition is with respect to grant/withdrawal of affiliation by the Himachal Pradesh School Education Board, Dharamshala, therefore, impleadment of the said respondent will facilitate the adjudication of the present petition.
Mr. Vir Bhadur Verma, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the proposed respondent.
Having heard learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is of the considered view that impleadment of the Himachal Pradesh School Education Board, Dharamshala through its Chairman, as a party respondent shall not prejudice the right of the parties and it will facilitate the adjudication of the petition. Accordingly, the application is allowed, as prayed for, and the Himachal Pradesh School Education Board, Dharmshala through its Chairman, is impleaded as respondent No.4.
Application stands disposed of.
