Section 37 in The Rajasthan Judicial Service Rules, 2010
37. Examination fee.
(1)A candidate for direct recruitment to a post in the service must pay such fee and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Court from time to time.(2)No claim for the refund of the examination fee shall be entertained nor the fee shall be held in reserve for any other examination unless the candidate is not admitted to the examination by the Court.
