A certificate in Government Technical Examinationin Geometrical drawing, Building drawing and Estimating and freeand outline and model drawing.

Drivers (Mechanical) steam and road-rollers |
(a) |
A certificate of recognised institute or ofcompetency granted by the Chief Engineer;
|

|
(b) |
One years' practical experience in the driving andmaintenance of steam rollers; and
|
| |
|
(c) |
Experience at least of six months in water work ordrainage pumping station in the case of drivers for waterworksand pumping stations and certificate of competency given by thePublic Health Engineer.

A certificate of competency for head water worksfitters granted by the Chief Engineer; or

A certificate from a recognised institute of aMechanical Engineering or Public Health Engineer.

A Certificate of competency granted by the PublicHealth Engineer, Orissa.

Qualification for the time being in force forselection for admission to the service under Government of Orissaas Assistant Surgeon, Nurse, Ward Attendant or Nursing orderly asthe case may be.
