13. Exclusion of certain varieties from registration.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Ordinance, no registration of cotton variety shall be made under this Ordinance, if prevention of commercial exploitation of such cotton variety is necessary to protect public order or public morality or human, animal and plant life and health.(2)A cotton variety containing any technology, which is harmful, or potentially, harmful, shall not be registered.
