Section 13(1) in Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Rules, 2007
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Ordinance, no registration of cotton variety shall be made under this Ordinance, if prevention of commercial exploitation of such cotton variety is necessary to protect public order or public morality or human, animal and plant life and health.
