Section 22(1) in Irrigation Department, Uttaranchal Service of Revenue Subordinate Cadre (Group 'B' and 'C') Rules, 2003
(1)The scales of pay admissible to a person, appointed to a post in the cadre of the Service, shall be such as may be determined by the Government from time to time.
