Section 13(1) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storages Act, 1992
(1)Every licensee, shall before commencement of business every day display and exhibit in the prescribed manner at a conspicuous place on or near the main entrance of the cold storage the following informations in respect of the cold storage-(a)Total capacity of cold storage (Both in area and tonnage)(b)Capacity physically occupied (Both in area and tonnage),(c)Vacant capacity (Both in area and tonnage).
