(2)Deputy Excise Commissioner of Excise-(a)his power to appoint peons and transfer and grant leave to Excise Jamadars and peons of the Special Branch; and(b)his power to suspend, reduce, dismiss or otherwise punish Excise peons of the Special Branch.
