Section 5 in Rajasthan Home Guards Rules, 1962

5. Home Guards Selection Committee.

- [(1) The State Government shall appoint a Committee, to be called the Home Guards Selection Committee for each area for which the Home Guards has been constituted under Section 2.
(2)The Home Guards Selection Committee shall consist of such members as may be nominated by the State Government.] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 72, dated 8.8.2018 (w.e.f.22.6.2009).]
(3)It shall be the duty of the Home Guards Selection Committee to advise the Commandant in the selection of the Candidates for appointment as members of the Home Guards.
