Section 18(1) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Rajasthan) Rules, 1977
(1)The Chief Wild Life Warden may divide reserved or protected forests, or any other class of forest under the management of the Forest Department other than a Sanctuary or National Park or Game reserve or closed area, into shooting blocks of convenient size.
