Section 27(3) in The Karnataka Homeopathic Practitioners Act, 1961.
(3)It shall be the duty of the Board to secure maintenance of an adequate standard,-(i)of instruction in each of the subjects of the course of studies specified in the Schedule and for the purposes of securing such standard, the Board shall have authority to call on the governing body or the authorities of any institution giving such instruction,-(a)to furnish such particulars as the Board may require about the details of instruction;(b)to permit Inspectors to inspect the institution;(ii)in each of the qualifying examinations specified in the Schedule and for the purpose of securing such standard, the Board shall have authority to call on the governing body or authorities of any institution authorised to hold any of such examinations,--(a)to furnish such particulars as the Board may require about the conduct of such examinations;(b)to permit Inspectors to be present at the examinations and to report to the Board about the nature of the questions asked, the standard of giving marks and such other details as the Board may require.
