(g)"Institution" means Hospitals, Sanatoria, Convalescent Homes, Nursing Homes, Orphanages, Work Houses, Work Hostels, Asylums, Infirmaries, Schools, Colleges and Universities with Hostels providing meals and includes other institutions of a like nature;
