Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is ready to deposit a further sum of Rs. five lac in order to pay dues.
In our considered view, the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be genuine.
Therefore, let the respondents examine the formal request made by learned counsel for the petitioner within two days, thereafter the respondent-Bank in turn would consider the same within a period of fifteen days and take a decision in light of the observations made hereinabove.
