Section 45(45) in The Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987
45.1Direct recruitment to the Force shall be made at the level of Constables, Sub-Inspectors and Assistant Commandants and all other posts shall be filled in bypromotion or through a limited departmental compensation from amongst the eligibleenrolled members of the Force or by taking personnel on deputation in accordancewith these rules.
