91. Election of the Vice-President.
- After the election of the President, the Deputy Commissioner or any other officer authorized by him, not below the rank of Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) shall hold the election to the office of the Vice-President in the same manner as provided for the election of President under rules 89 and 90.
