(2)Regulations made under Sub-Section (2) may -(a)Provide for the assignment of Fellows to the several Faculties by order of the Senate; and(b)Empower the Fellows so assigned to add to their number, in such manner and for such period as may be prescribed, graduates in the Faculty and other persons possessing special knowledge of the subjects to study by the represented Faculty.Provided that the number of persons so to be added to the Faculty shall not exceed half the number of Fellows assigned to the Faculty.
