Section 44 in The Shree Somnath Sanskrit University Act, 2005
44. Committees.
(1)The University may for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of the Act, constitute such committees, as may be required by it.(2)The constitution of such committee, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be as may be prescribed.
