35. Grants.
(1)The Government shall, every year, make non-lapsable lump sum recurring and non recurring grants to the Vishwavidyalaya to meet such additional expenditure, as the Government may deem necessary for the proper functioning of the Vishwavidyalaya.(2)The Vishwavidyalaya shall furnish such statements, accounts, reports and other particulars relating to any grant made by the Government and its utilization as the Government may require.
