Section 35(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)The Government shall, every year, make non-lapsable lump sum recurring and non recurring grants to the Vishwavidyalaya to meet such additional expenditure, as the Government may deem necessary for the proper functioning of the Vishwavidyalaya.
