10. Coupon Books and Coupons not transferable.
(1)The coupon books issued under these Rules and the coupons therein shall be non-transferable and shall be used only for journeys by the persons on whose favour they are issued.(2)In the event of any person ceasing to be a member, the coupon book shall be returned to the Secretary.
