44. Restriction on transport - Section 10(1)(a).
- No railway administration shall -(a)receive or convey poppy straw which is not covered and accompanied by a transport pass issued by an Excise Officer, duly empowered in this behalf; or(b)convey poppy straw otherwise than by the route prescribed in such pass and in the custody of a railway official upto the station at which poppy straw is to be transported by the railway.
