202. [ Protection of action taken in good faith. [Inserted by the Goa Act 6 of 2007.]
- No suit, prosecution or any other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer or employee of the Government or any person authorized by the Government for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.]
