Section 111(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)The distribution licensee shall submit a monthly forecast of expected demand and sale of electricity for different categories of consumers and to each consumption slab within each tariff category in his area of supply.
