Section 8(1) in The Bihar Minimum Wages Rules, 1951
(1)A Member of the Committee [* *] [Words 'Advisory Committee' omitted by No. VIM3-1022/5-L-19583 dated 22.11.1958.] or the Board other than the Chairman may, by giving notice in writing to the Chairman, resign his membership.
