Section 54 in The M.P. State Dental Council Rules, 1969
54. Direction by the President about any business to be discussed.
(1)The President shall direct any business, which may be necessary for the Council of the Executive Committee to discuss and decide to be transacted by circulation among the members of the Council of the Executive Committee :Provided that if ten members of the Council of three members of the Executive Committee, as the case maybe, desire that any particular subject shall be decided at a meeting instead of by circulation, it shall be placed before a meeting of the Council or the Executive Committee.(2)Any resolution of report which is circulated on the discretion of the President and approved by a majority of the members signing shall be as binding as a resolution adopted in meeting of the Council or the Executive Committee.
