11. Report of prospecting operations.
- Every holder of a prospecting license for marble shall submit to the State Government or any person authorised in this behalf by that Government an annual report in Form A so as to reach it or him, as the case may be, by 30th April for the previous year:Provided that a report in Form A shall be submitted within a period of three months after the completion or abandonment of the prospecting operations or the expiry of the prospecting license, whichever is earlier.
