Section 27 in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
27. Deans/Heads of Departments/Faculties.
(1)There shall be a Dean or Head for each Department of Faculty of study in the University who shall be appointed in accordance with the regulations.(2)Their other terms and conditions of service shall be as per regulations.
