Section 25(1) in The Tamil Nadu Aquaculture (Regulation) Act, 1995

(1)The Director may, by order notified in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, authorize any authority or officer to exercise any of the powers vested in him by or under this Act and may, in like manner, withdraw such authority.
