25. Delegation of powers of Director.
(1)The Director may, by order notified in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, authorize any authority or officer to exercise any of the powers vested in him by or under this Act and may, in like manner, withdraw such authority.(2)(a)The exercise of any power delegated under sub-section (1) shall be subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified in such order.(b)The Director shall also have the power to control and revise the acts or proceedings of any authority or officer so empowered.
