Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not intends to file rejoinder to the reply filed by respondents No.1 and 2 and rejoinder to the reply filed by respondents No.3 and 4 has been filed with the Registry. Registry is directed to place the same on record, if in order.
Learned Senior Counsel for the private respondent submits that in terms of the direction of the Court, an application to place on record both old and new maps has been filed with the Registry. Registry is also directed to place the same on record by the next date of hearing.
