Section 58C(2) in The Orissa Municipal Delimitation of Wards, Reservation of Seats and Conduct of Election Rules, 1994
(2)The control unit so sealed shall be kept in a specially prepared box on which the Election Officer shall record the following particulars, namely:(a)The name of number of the ward;(b)The particulars of the polling station where the control unit has been used;(c)Serial number of the control unit;(d)The date of poll; and(e)The date of counting.
