Section 28 in Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code
28. Additional terms of supply as stipulated in section 48 of the Act reads as.
- "A distribution licensee may require any person who requires a supply of electricity in pursuance of section 43 to accept:(a)any restrictions, which may be imposed for the purpose of enabling the distribution licensee to comply with regulations made under section 53;(b)any terms restricting any liability of the distribution licensee for economic loss resulting from negligence of the person to whom the electricity is supplied."
