44. Part time instruction.
(1)If the Attendance Authority is satisfied that a child due to economic or other circumstances connected with the family to which the child be-longs, is unable to attend an approved school in the manner required by or under this Act, it may permit the child to attend any institution imparting part lime elementary education.(2)A child receiving education as provided under sub-section (1), shall be deemed to have fulfilled the requirements of section 42 of this Act.
