Section 80(1) in The Rajasthan Waqf Board (Election of Members) Rules, 1999
(1)Every postal ballot paper shall have a counterfoil attached thereto, and the said ballot paper and the counterfoil shall be in such form, and the particulars therein shall be in such language or languages, as the Chief Election Authority may direct.
