Section 6(a) in The M.P. Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Rules, 1998
(a)A half yearly report of the appointments made by every appointing authority shall be submitted for the period from January to June in the month of August and from July to December in the month of February to the concerning Head of the Department in the form of statement in Schedule IV-A. Such half yearly report of appointments shall also be sent to the Divisional Commissioner in respect of Divisional level recruitment and to the Collector in respect of district level recruitment by every appointing authority.
