Section 10(1) in International Telecommunication Access to Essential Facilities at Cable Landing Stations Regulations, 2007
(1)For the purposes of accessing the landing facilities at a cable landing station the Access Facilitation charges as specified in Part II of the Schedule shall be -(a)payable by the eligible Indian International Telecommunication Entity to the owner of the cable landing station;(b)determined on the basis of the cost of network elements involved in the provision of access and distributed over the complete capacity of the system.
