New case files, when opened, shall be entered in the index of case files (Form No. XV-86) which shall typed day by day as new case files are formed, a separate page or pages being allotted to each minor head. The sheets of the index for tire current year shall be kept in file boards, one board for each major head. At the end of the year the index shall be bound in one volume.
