Section 15(b) in The Cuttack Municipal Council Control and Supervision of Slaughter Houses and Business Carried on by Butchers Bye-laws, 1980
(b)with a fine which may extend to ten rupees for everyday during which the breach continues after receipt of notice from Chairman or Executive Officer or Health Officer of the Cuttack Municipality to discontinue such breach.
