(2)The Collector shall, not less than forty-five days before the date fixed for the poll, publish in Marathi, the dates so appointed by means of notice published in a newspaper circulating in the market area and cause the copies of such notice to be displayed on the notice board of the Market Committee and in the Village Panchayat concerned.
