Section 148(b) in U.P. Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 2016
(b)in sub-section (2), -(i)in Hindi version, in clause (a), for the words ^^vf/kd gksldrh gS the words ^^vf/kd gS shall be substituted;(ii)in clause (b), for the words "is less than the amount of arrears specified in the sale proclamation" the words "is less than the reserve price or the amount of arrears specified in the sale proclamation" shall be substituted.
