148. Amendment of Section 194.
- In Section 194 of the said Code -(a)in Hindi version, in sub-section (1) for the words ^^fodz; ds fnuakd ls the words ^^;fn fodz; ds fnuakd ls shall be substituted;(b)in sub-section (2), -(i)in Hindi version, in clause (a), for the words ^^vf/kd gksldrh gS the words ^^vf/kd gS shall be substituted;(ii)in clause (b), for the words "is less than the amount of arrears specified in the sale proclamation" the words "is less than the reserve price or the amount of arrears specified in the sale proclamation" shall be substituted.
