(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of this power, such regulations may provide for, -(a)the summoning or holding of the meetings of the Authority, the time and place where such meetings are to be held and the conduct of business at such meetings under sub-section (1) of section 21;(b)the functions to be assigned to the Chief Administrator by the Authority under section 22;(c)the appointment of committees under section 23;(d)the salaries, allowances and conditions of service of officers and other employees of the Authority under sub-section (2) of section 26;(e)the powers and duties of the officers and other employees of the Authority under sub-section (3) of section 26;(f)any other matter which has to be, or may be, determined by regulations.
