Section 19(1) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(1)The Registrar shall maintain the register in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed and shall, from time to time make such entries, corrections, alterations or modifications in the entries therein as may be necessary or as may be directed by the Council.
