19. Custody and maintenance of Register.
(1)The Registrar shall maintain the register in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed and shall, from time to time make such entries, corrections, alterations or modifications in the entries therein as may be necessary or as may be directed by the Council.(2)In order to fulfil the duties imposed upon him by Sub-section (1), he may call for any information he may require from any registered veterinary practitioner.
