Section 3G(1) in The Assam Agricultural Produce Market Act, 1972
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may by general or special order delegate to the Chief Executive Officer or to any other officer of the Board such of the powers and duties under the Act as it may deem fit.
