Section 106(1) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2011
(1)Where any haulage road, tramline, rail line or haul road passes over a public road, suitable gates shall be Provided to prevent danger to public from a moving tub set or train of tubs, locomotive or machinery and every such gate shall be fitted with a danger signal, and when the natural light is insufficient, also with warning lamps.
