11. Market Fund.
(1)All remittances to a Bank shall be accompanied by a challan in duplicate and a pass book.(2)All entries made in the pass book by the bank officials shall be examined by the Secretary of the Committee or such other officer as may be authorized by the Chairman and after examination, if any discrepancy is discovered, the same shall, at once, be brought to the notice of the Bank and the Committee through its Chairman.
