Section 16(1) in Tamil Nadu Fishermen and Labourers Engaged in Fishing and Other Allied Activities (Social Security and Welfare) Act, 2007
(1)the Government may, at any time, appoint, any person to investigate or enquire into the working of the Board or scheme and submit a report to the Government in that behalf.
