16. Enquiry into working of the Board.
(1)the Government may, at any time, appoint, any person to investigate or enquire into the working of the Board or scheme and submit a report to the Government in that behalf.(2)The Board shall give to the person so appointed all facilities for the proper conduct of the investigation or enquiry, and furnish to him such documents, accounts or information in possession of the Board as he may require.
