Section 37(iii) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(iii)A teacher holding one post placed in charge of the full duties of a post of status equal to his own basic post, or higher than his basic post, may be allowed allowance upto l/5th of the minimum of the scale of the additional post, if the period of holding additional charge is not less than 60 days.
